Purpose: Scholarships are granted for summer music camp attendance for the purpose of improving the student’s ability - the ultimate goal being the improvement of the York Youth Symphony.

YYSO Stanley L. Gladfelter College Scholarship
Purpose: The Stanley L. Gladfelter Scholarship is presented to one deserving senior member of the York Youth Symphony Orchestra who plans to major in the field of music – e.g. music education, music performance, music theory and composition, music therapy – in college.
